Jacob the Plumber was built on a simple frustration: too many homeowners in Kansas City were getting rushed visits, vague quotes and repairs that didn't hold. Jacob started this company to do it the old way — show up when promised, explain the problem in plain English, quote the price up front and stand behind the work.
