In midtown, Brookside and Westport we're working on homes that are a hundred years old, with galvanized supply lines, cast iron stacks and clay sewer laterals full of tree roots. Out in the Northland and Lee's Summit it's PEX, manifolds and tankless units. We carry parts and know-how for both, which is why we can usually finish the same day instead of leaving you with a hole in the drywall and a promise to come back.
The rule here is simple: you get the price before the work starts, you get a plain-English explanation of what failed and why, and you get your house back the way you left it. If a repair isn't worth doing — if that 19-year-old water heater is about to go anyway — we'll tell you that too.
